Rental Terms

Rates are per night with a 3 night minimum stay required (longer for holidays). Thanksgiving requires a Four Night Stay.

A security Deposit of $200 is required before check-in.
Renters are fully responsible for damages in excess of deposit.
Deposit will be mailed within 72 hours.

Cleaning fee $85
Additional 10% North Carolina sales taxes apply to all rentals.

Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival (including no-shows) are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-rented.

No pets or smoking please.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

To make a reservation:
Request a reservation either by phone or email.
Carolina Vacation Cabins will hold your Reservation for 5 days once you request a reservation.
33% deposit is required to hold reservation, it must be received within 5 days.
45 days prior to check-in remainder of Rental Fee and a separate check for Security Deposit of $200 is due.
For check-ins within the twenty-one day window total Rental Fees must be received before check-in.
